Shipping & Returns

Postage is a flat rate on all purchases under £25.00 of £1.25. After you spend £25.00 your Postage is free. Shipping on all our monthly kits is free.

Delivery is usually done within 24 hours of cleared payment being received. I post items Monday - Friday. If you are desperate for an item please email me and I can send your item/s special delivery at the cost above your normal postage rate I am charged.

If you are unhappy with any purchase you make from Crafty Feeling please return it in the condition it was sent out for a no quibble refund or exchange. Refunds will be given less postage charged unless the item is faulty where we will cover the cost of the item. If you wish to have an exchange for another product please include enough postage for the replacement item to be sent to you (this does not include faulty items where we carry the cost of postage)

Please note that we follow the royal mail postage rules for compensating of lost parcels which is that parcels are normally delivered in 1-3 working days for first class postage but they are not considered lost until 15 working days after the Item was posted. Once this time scale is up we can lodge a claim which can then take a further 10-14 days to investigate only when this is complete will they compensate for the lost item which we will do in turn.

Please note that it is the nature of some of our ribbons and blooms that different print runs will be a slightly different colour so please make sure you buy enough of each to finish the project you are doing as I cannot guarantee the same colour way for each purchase.
